You should try knitting Doofy, it'll give you something to do between Tommy's Youtuber fights.

With two different promoters; with one party very likely wanting to have parity in regards to money earned, and the other party wanting the lions share. its difficult to imagine it being as straight forward as both saying yes to wanting the fight.

From what Usyk said the actual date is yet to be agreed ... that kinda says its at the very beginning of negotiations.

My presumption on the fight being announced was that it had been signed.

Otherwise - why announce it?

If it has been signed there can’t technically be a contract dispute.

Soo they've agreed terms, but not signed the actual fight contract.

Signing the fight contract would be right at the end when everything has been argued-negotiated-agreed ... it appears they have merely agreed to do the fight.

Watching Fury being interviewed in Saudi on the other thread he appears to be on a different planet. If he was in Spain and not Saudi you`d question if he had taken a few lines before the interview judging by the amount of gurning he was doing and how easy he went off topic ... its clear he gets very upset by the stick he gets on social media; he got very animated and visibly upset as he claimed to not take any notice of it; but it clearly hurts him!

So, how fragile he is mentally with all the stick he is getting. I imagine he will be an absolute nightmare negotiating with.

He made the decisions to give his mate Chisora a pay day rather than fight Joshua, then fill his pockets against a novice rather than fight Usyk. The majority saw through his fake call out videos and he's been ridiculed for it. If those fights never actually happen, it'll follow him around and play on his mind, despite what he may state. He probably thought that his 'Oh haha, look at old Tyson, at it again!' personality would get him a pass, but he misread the room with both of those call outs. Fight fans wanted to see the fights, not the usual videos and bluster again.

Definitely. Adam says the easy way to get around drug testing is not to sign the contract until close to the fight. Have everything in place, date, location, opponent,, but don't sign. Because testing don't start until the contracts are signed.

Big John Fury's went into meltdown tonight confusing a delayed fight with ducking. It's a shame he can't go and join Tyson in training camp. Sugar Hill's from the Kronk and will likely have a straight right hand like Akinwande.

Usyk was contradictory anyways.

He wants a 14 week camp .. he also said he wants it in December.

Usyk hasn't ruled any out. So maybe he once again is manoeuvring Fury to scream for the December 23rd fight .. and then Usyk will accept it.
How mentally fragile Fury is about now regarding stick from social media, then he wouldn't likely chance adding more ridiculous conditions to duck the fight as he did earlier this year.

Could be another clever play by Usyk to corner Greedy- Belly

I think it will happen. I think with Usyk being stopped by Martin Bakole in training Usyk is coming to the end of his career and Fury is jumping in for an easy payday.

Saying that it would be easier to defragment the titles as there would be more fights but shite fighting for the titles, at least from a fan perspective we would get some heavyweight action.
