Parker just about does enough, without doing enough..sounds stupid but he never puts the foot down at the right time, seems to coast at key periods/never presses the action when he's in the ascendency. He has qualities but he doesn't utilise them enough, quite frustrating to watch at times. Good effort from Del despite sounding absolutely shagged from R3.
agree. There are bursts of pure quality followed by drifting through the round and allowing the opponent to impose themselves. Over and over again.

Thought Chisora nicked it - Had him winning the 12th too after looking so tired beforehand. Credit to him for that.
Not sure what to make of Parker, going life and death with Chisora at this stage doesn't bode too well, but the heavyweight division is so bad at the moment that he's always going to be there or there about.

Anyway, if I was Joe, having either Usyk or Joyce awaiting me next, I should woke the heck up and bring some serious aggression on the table.

I feel ashamed of having Parker 114 - 113.
That's the thing — you can feel that someone won a fight in lacklustre fashion. Chisora worked his old wheels off, and credit for it, but he wasn't hurting Parker after the first. Tried hard, but those clubs weren't getting it done.
In fights like this I always think about who'd win over 15, and I reckon Chis had run out of road.
similar. another round or two and Chisora would've either stayed on his stool or gone down. Parker started to come alive at the end but like others have said: no killer instinct it seems. He kept apologising to his corner when he was on his stool too

Every time I watch Parker he just doesn’t do enough. Whyte, AJ, Chisora. He jabs then just watches and rarely follows up. It’s odd

Isnt Joyce waiting on the Usyk matchup?

I'd be cool with Parker-Usyk if that falls through.

It's especially annoying when he triples up his jab, lands a beaut with the third, and then gets on his bike. Or he lands a really crisp little left in a flurry and then puts his gloves up to receive his return, as if turns are in the rules.
It's like someone's at ringside with a Matthew Barney remote control.

usyk has a mandated wbo shot and can basically sit on that and fight whoever. his camp hasnt seemed very warm about a joyce fight

Joshua-Fury and Joyce-Usyk is surely everyone's preferred route, with the winners meeting?

Campbell didn't really look better, his opponent tonight was much worse than his debut opponent. Just to nip that one in the bud.
Let's just hope Eddie missed this post or the next PPV we get will be who really was the better Campbell Hatton opponent? Only £25 to find out whose winless record goes tonight...

Because his old man was supposed to have taken him for big money, also not paid Billy Graham and said that he had.
Last I heard was their relationship was proper over.
Obv I don't know the ins and outs of it

I thought Chisora won that, and I wanted Parker to win. However, if I'm honest and I include the swing rounds, Parker could have won. Here's how I saw it (after going through my between rounds texts to my mates watching it elsewhere.
So even discounting the rounds where I found it hard to split them, Chisora deserved a draw. Parker was always on the back foot and looking to tie up, and Chisora did some excellent work to the body. Surely holding the centre of the ring and forcing the pace means ring generalship, and Parker hardly ever did either, so at least one of my swing rounds should have gone to Del?
It's not an absolute robbery, but I think a Chisora win would have been more legit. For me without even looking at our current top 15, old shot Povetkin should drop out completely, Parker should slide down a little and Del should sneak in there somewhere. We'll see how Ruiz does later as well.
But to just re-affirm: Chisora should be celebrating tonight and Parker should be going back to the drawing board. It is what it is.

I’m a Chisora fan who thought he won 10 rounds to 2 against Helenius & 8 rounds to 4 in the first Whyte fight but I really don’t see what some are seeing in his last 2 fights.
I felt he lost against Usyk in a 9-3/10-2 type decision & then tonight I thought he lost 8 rounds giving a 115-112 scorecard but I could see 7 giving a 114-113 card.
There’s a lot of huff & puff & glancing blows around the side & back of the head but he’s not landing many clean head shots & he seemed to gas a lot quicker tonight whilst getting outworked & taking lots of flush head shots. I thought round 5 was the last round he won but if you’re generous you could give him 12 too for the two right hands in the first 30 seconds.
At the same time Parker is incredibly frustrating, you feel like he could be so much better. He seems to admire his own work after a quick 1-2 & switch off for periods in rounds.

agree with you on chis-usyk, no idea why some thought he gave some super hard close fight to usyk. was 10-2/9-3 for me
i did think he was in with a good argument for winning tonight though
