I enjoyed that. Delusion can be funny. The delusion is Wilder and his whole camp. I think in psychology it's called shared delusion and they should do a landmark study on this.
That article reads like it was written by a 12 year old. Utter pish
I know, that's the humour part. The poor grammar, the content is even better
A.J. Liebling must be turning in his grave if that utter shite is what boxing journalism has been reduced to.

A 12 year old would make more sense than that. Surely it’s a wind up. Malik Scott needs counselling if he really did come out with all this sh1te.

The Adam Kownacki fight was horrific, the bloodthirsty ref, corner & …doctor(??) were beyond belief, All seemed to be saying, no we’re not gonna save this badly beaten man, we’re gonna make him quit or get battered into a heap…
unbelievable

Had to get himself out of there in the end with that final love-tap to the eggcup

Is Rawlings senile ? Was obvious Wilder was having a group prayer there
That's what I was thinking. He was also claiming an illegal punch for the knockdown in the last fight. He seems to miss a lot of what's going on.
You remember when Josh Taylor stopped that Thai kid in the first round with a really short hook to the body ? Rawlings didn’t have a clue what had happened, he virtually said the kid had taken a dive until he’d seen umpteen replays and his co comm had put him right.

I've never seen Adam so bad from the first bell.
He set the record for punches thrown in a HW fight FFS
Is there any news on why?

I think Helenius just shook him very early on to remind him who had the power in there and it shut him right down. His left eye shutting early really didn't help either.

But he has used his face like that every fight, its normal. I mean from the opening bell he was sluggish and slow on his feet. You have seen him fight in the past, he is all go, all the time, from the first bell

Fair enough, but Helenius is (for all his faults) an absolutely huge puncher, and maybe Kownacki was intimidated from early on, having already been badly stopped in their first fight.

I'd lean towards picking Usyk against Joyce, Joyce against Fury, and Fury (only the best version) against Usyk.
I think you're deluding yourself in some attempt to make yourself feel better about last night's result.
There's only one way to find out!

the power is legit, but wilder has arguably only beat 2 top 10 fighters in his whole nearly 45 fight career, and one of them accounts for his decision win
generally, the better the opposition, the tougher they are to actually stop
was bermane even a top 10?
He was WBC champ the first fight.

Yea I know. Still no garentee he is top 10, although looking 2014 ring ratings wow it was thin.

Looked like a repeat (albeit at a higher level) of the Tony Thompson-David Price situation.

What has happened to Julian Williams? He really struggled in there on Saturday night, fair play to Hernandez I'm glad he got the nod, very gritty performance from him.

Agreed, he needed to be pulled out rounds prior to the finish. Helenius all wrong for him, was a battering.

Feel sorry for Wilder that was a hell of an effort, he almost did it …crazy to think the weight difference was like a bantamweight taking on a super middle. Insane.

Yeh. It was one of them where you feel for the loser. His pre fight excuses aside. There was no quit in him.
It’s what he wanted in that first fight. Go out on his back and he did this time.
Scott said he broke his knuckle or hand during the fight, but most go through that. Wasn’t making excuses though.

Smooth, can you hear me? Your boy Wilder took a hell of a beating, your boy took a hell of a beating (again!)
I can imagine old Smooth fearing the worst before the fight then getting excited by round 4. Still never mind eh?
Fury was a bit rusty and sloppy at times but did the business, Wilder showed some heart, I'll give him that but was a bitter loser again.
Hopefully after Usyk beats Joshua again, the Usyk unification fight with Fury can happen. Fury will need to up his game to deal with this tricky blighter though.
Sanchez on the undercard was quite impressive, good hand speed and movement, one to keep a look out for in the future unless he does a Solis style ballooning up.
