How would you even go about being someone like DK? Under scrutiny across the world, how does he do deals? I bet he's scared to even talk to his wife. And run huge boxing businesses whilst pretending he's nothing to do with them. And wash his money and order a few hits in his time off. Just how?

Same way as anybody who runs a medium to large sized business, or operation. You think strategically and delegate. If you saw a lieutenant general day to day you'd see that he does almost fornicate all other than think and have a bit of a chat to a few blokes a rank or two below him but look at what gets done and how many people are doing stuff off the back of that. It's simple really but brilliant.

p.s. definitely don't talk to your wife is important.

But he's so big now I can't even see how he can have a conversation with anyone. He can't even watch his own shows. I read once that Curtis Warren used to send lads on cheap flights just to Spain just to pass on a message because he couldn't speak on the phone. And DK is bigger. Ironically, it's probably boxing, which he loves, that has got him all this attention. Nobody screams about his dad or brother.

Yeah - I do wonder whether him getting so involved with boxing has escalated things for him.

I saw yesterday that Richard Schaefer came out and defended Probellum saying that DK had nothing to do with it and that fighters that continue to work with him (contractually at least) will be cut from Probellum. In reality no boxers will have anything in writing with DK so nothing will change for Probellum in that regard.

Will be interesting to see what happens. I can imagine certain TV networks not wanting to work with them but it’s also unlikely that there’s enough for a network to break/end a contract with them. Wonder if there will be any issues for the Paul Butler show next week.

Danny Vaughan's wife was implicated in huge drugs busts in Scotland before she even met Danny. Then became CEO of MTK. A friend of mine pooped in to MTK marbella and said it was very security conscious to say the least. Worse than a prison.

I know what you mean. It probably was a mistake getting involved in boxing. He draws the heat and like you say, nobody really focusses on his dad and brother. Maybe they are the only people he needs to speak business with at this stage.

The mistake on DK's part was when he tried to legitimise himself through Tyson Fury mentioning his name openly and believing his past wouldn't come into it.
The Irish government was taking aback by the extent of sports washing that was being attempted and while there was already much work going on behind the scenes against the Kinahan Cartel, that stoked them into life to put a bigger effort into having other countries clamp down on him too.

If Kinahan had stayed quiet behind the scenes with no mention of himself anywhere, I wouldn't be surprised if these sanctions hadn't come about (at least not for a few more years anyway).

To be fair he's been dabbling in boxing for some time now. MTK is 10 years old this year and Kinahan had connections in boxing before that, so it's probably been a fair part of his life for a very long time. Almost hard not to be involved in it I'd say.

I think it’s hard to know what to do. Eddie hasn’t said a great deal positive or negative about DK which is probably the right thing to do to not piss off those fighters loyal to DK or make himself look stupid for supporting someone who’s seemingly done what DK has.
