I had a £50 free bet for opening an account. Bunged it on Hatton to TKO the Mexican(?) in the 8th @ 40/1.
Alas he TKO'd him in the 4th (or vice versa).
I won on my original stake, and I never used the account again........A moral victory over the bookie for me, me thinks, and it nearly came off big time.

unfortunately he's due to get his arm bent out of shape in Nottingham next week so he may be, "unavailable". This is the problem when you come on here at 4am blasting away....you soon run out of slots in the diary...

Analysed this one last night. If the two men were of equal stature, I'd make booth a big favourite - but they aren't, Hunter is the naturally bigger stronger man and that evens up the equations.

Booth has mixed in better company, and looked very good last time out, but has the defecit in punch power and sheer physical strength. This makes for quite a tantalising fight.

It's possible that Hunter overwhelms him, but I think Booth is a bit too good for that. I think this fight will probably go the distance or very near it, so both men will have to work hard.

Booth UD12 - or Hunter 10-12 look like good bets to me.

Factually, you're obviously wrong, as Michael Hunter is still boxing. And at the time he walked away from the game Michael had lost his mother who he was clearly very close to, and struggled to be in the fighter's frame of mind. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for making out he quit boxing on the back of a loss to an exceptional, World Class opponent.

And Opticald.....if you don't think that both me, and I would say the majority of posters, don't realise that you're on a professional wind up, there's really not much can be done for you.

Mate, Hunter quit against Molitor in front of his home fans. He looked to his corner and quit. Werent you giving Witter stick for quitting? At least Witter was on his stool and getting convinced by his cornerman to quit. (Still disgusting btw). Hunter quit in front of all his mates, all his school pals, all his community, all his fans. Then he retired from the sport. And you are saying they are not related? Get a clue mate.
