I remember when Hamed did something very similar to this with the first punch.
You could tell rivita was going to crumble straight away.

£3 per punch poor value IMO

Me too.
The fornicating thing cut out for a little while during the Saunders fight.. then they brought it back for the 6th round - and that was it. Not enough action to justify the 15 quid... sort it out Sky.

Unless the quality of the next PPV is much better then I am not buying it.
Why don't they show the undercard fights? Do they save money by not showing them?

Didn't you see? We got about 4 rounds total from Gavin, Degale and Saunders

Lucky us. It wouldn't have surprised me if they just told us those results instead.

The quality fight was Mitchell vs Prescott.

It was an excellent display from Mitchell, but it was a bit one sided as a fight.

Maybe. I was entertained though.

On paper some of those fights looked interesting ... how wrong that proved to be
The show was a complete crock of shyte
1st Haye stinks the place out by pick-pocketing a verdict .. and now Mitchel has swapped his boxing boots for running spikes .. sad days :(
It really makes you appreciate Froch. Closest thing we have nowadays to a Nigel Benn to bring back the excitement to boxing.

Froch vs Taylor wasn't much cop either for 11 rounds.

Just that he's a slow starter and didn't expect Khan to be as quick out the blocks as he was. He says he was stunned but never hurt.
Looked very upset.

That sounds like he'd never seen Khan fight. Khan's always been a fast starter.

Difference for me was that Froch was in there `trying` to have a tear up..

Pity the poor saps who paid £15 for that.
And no the Mitchell fight didn't make up for it. What a rip off!

A lot of people on here(myself included) backed Khan to win inside the distance.I would have thought they, like me,were over the moon with his performance, and thought it was £15 well spent!

A paid £15 thinking i was gonna' get to see more of the undercard.
Simpson-Bell was never that intriguing a fight. Mitchell-Prescott was a good affair. Khan was destructive. Then you get maybe 6 rounds total from the Olympians...
... that is not worth 15 quid.

Last nights show certainly didn't encourage me to buy a pay per view ever again.
Simpson V Bell was a decent enough undercard opener, for sure, and Mitchell V Precott was OK - and the Khan fight was over in a flash.
But other than that- what did we get - editted highlights??
This isn't enough.
A full evenings live action would justify the price, but this certainly didn't.

I'm lucky enough to have a motorized dish & watched this on Sport Hungary free, hooked it up to 5 live and synced up the audio via my computer.
If its a super fight which this was far from, I'd have bought it for the HD. Great channels for Boxing out there for free.
