Is he a drug cheat???
Obviously, because he looks as ripped at 147 as he did at 130.

And Pacquiao looks as ripped at 144 as he did at 126.

serious question carbo

can you really believe the PR coming out of EITHER camp enough to make a decision as to who is in the 'right' and who is in the wrong' and be partisan on one side as a result?

personally there is so much smoke and stuff flying about i can't strictly believe either of them. i am just ignoring it until the fight is/ isn't made.

I've been trying to avoid reading and responding to this thread as i find this whole situation so frustrating but here goes.

I'm on the Pacquiao side in that i can't see why should he take the 'yes sir, whatever you say sir' position just because of some baseless accusations.

Why wasn't Marquez submitted to these tests when he was down in Mexico preparing to fight 3 weight divisions higher than he should be? Beacase he was handpicked and not perceived as a threat - that's why.

But do the Floyd supporters suggest that every Welterweight in the world (but knowing his form - every light welterweight, lightweight and super featherweight) should submit to the Mayweather Athletic Commission testing regime because if he's not fighting Pacman but Matthew Hatton or someone else then they shouldn't be allowed any illegal advantages either. Right.
You should either believe that these tests shouldn't apply for this fight or that Mayweather should be able overrule the drug testing rules for any or every athletic commission in the world at his whim.

Deep down i wish Pacquiao insisted the cost of implementing the tests came off Mayweather's purse and charged him an inconvenience charge for going through with it too. But he's richer (if not literallly then relatively as a Filipino) and a bigger star than Mayweather so i can't blame him for merely compromising rather than totally submitting to these totally unrequired tests.
