I'm up to 155kgs too now... Bodyweight is 72. Want 200 for a single by year end :twisted:

600lbs is considered a decent deadlift so I'd love to hit that.
250 that's impressive big fella, I'm going to have to start lifting again. I feel weak now, struggled to do 190 once last time I did deadlift. Although having not lifted in years 190 is not to bad. It was good though, proved to my apprentice I'm still stronger than him, even though he lifts 4 times a week.

That's exactly my 1rm and I lift 4 times a week. :oops:

I've done 110kg for 8 reps. I've never tried to max out with a wide stance. I don't deadlift often enough either.

I'm upto 120kg 8 reps :yay:

Getting there...my goal is not to get massive as I'm a short arse so that would make me look even shorter :lol:

But I do want to keep getting stronger, faster, better stamina...just keep improving my overall fitness.

Don't think I'll ever be hitting the 220kg mark though, like our resident beast Frilla! :salut:

I got two reps. I think I could have got one or two more.

Any tips on how to improve the weight consistently?

Did 160kgs yesterday, but I used straps. First time I've ever used them.
