I would guess so, the Southern Area notice mentions regulations 4.9 and 5.10, but I can't find anything as to exactly what they are. The board will eventually revoke licenses if they feel a fighter is getting stopped too often, or isn't capable of at least beating other journeymen, Delroy Spencer's was taken last year, Carl Allen will probably be prime candidate to go next at 44.[/quote]
