Well Smith is promoted by Star Boxing, who don’t have any TV deal.
Arum has options on Joe Smith, that’s all.
We’ve seen Smith on DAZN and ESPN. Who knows, Smith could very well fight anyone as he’s not tied to a cable/satellite deal.

Hart score was a joke. Credit to Smith. Another upset for him. Smith totally outfought Hart. I gave Hart only the 3rd round.

Hart said no excuses, but he broke his right hand during the last week of sparring. But he said all credit Hart, he fought a great fight.

First fight with Ramirez 2 years ago was a copromo with Phillys Russell Peltz. Arum keeps options on fighters and seems to have signed Hart after his Barrera win by my memory.
Joe will doubtless appear on an Arum card his next fight. You boys should not doubt what you don't know.

From what I’m told Hart’s hood people’s exchanged words with Smith’s blue collar union pals and things escalated. Not a huge surprise when you involve excessive alcohol with losers.
