lol the ppv one is a common one, so many ppl seem to think 100 percent of ppv goes to the fighters, as if theyre the only ones who are getting money off an event

"ooh, fighters were paid 1m, the ppv made 1m, therefore it broke even!! no one else trying to make money off the event!''

An expert and internet lawyer who by his own admission complains about 10 buck ppvs

Remember his breakdown during the last GGG fight?
Funny to reflect on maybe and read people’s replies but not so funny when it’s ruining legitimate threads time and time again.

It's like how counter-puncher says, he's on the slide. Often happens to volume, pressure posters. They take too many hits, etc.

Are his most recent bouts not wins?
Yes, but the most recent was over a year ago and wasn't exactly a memorable fight.

I just think he needs to fight again soon, win, look good doing so and then call out GGG in the post fight interview.
Or he could just fight GGG right now.

People know who Eubank Jr. is.

If Steve Rolls or Szeremeta or whatever were worthy of a shot then Eubank is too.
He could, certainly.

I would just prefer him to have a tune up first, it would help build the fight up a bit too.

That being said, if some other moderator just gave his ass the boot I wouldn't argue against that. I just don't wanna be the guy to do it because it's well known that I don't like him.

Wouldn't be prudent as George Bush Sr. would say.
To be fair, you can’t really ban someone for something they didn’t do, can you?

It wouldn’t be fair for the moderators to become sheep by blindly following the herd and caving into mob, and banning people based on allegations that never actually happened and no one can prove, can you?

People accuse me of all sorts. And I keep responding by asking them to prove it by quoting my words, but no one has ever been able to do it. This is because it’s impossible, because no one can prove their lies.

They can't prove something that never happened. And this frustrates them. This is one of the reasons they find me annoying.

Ban me if you want to, but you’d only be doing it to remain a popular figure within the forum, without merit, by siding with the mob, despite the complete absence of against me.

Charlo is a good fight

Id rather see munguia than eubank jr
Golovkin had to fight whoever was available at that time. He was a high risk and low reward type of fighter from a foreign unknown country and he didn't speak english too. It wasn't GGG's fault that Martinez, Quillin, Sturm and Cotto didn't want to fight him.

Do y'all remember the interviews on yt when these champions were asked about fighting Golovkin? They were acting like 'who?'

David Lemieux - 2015 No. 4 by Ring Magazine
Daniel Jacobs - 2017 No. 2 by Ring Magazine
Saul Alvarez - 2017 Champion by Ring Magazine
Saul Alvarez - 2018 Champion by Ring Magazine
Sergiy Derevyanchenko - 2019 No. 4 by Ring Magazine

I would not call Lemieux, Jacobs and Chenko some bums. They were top MW's at their time. And yes Golovkin was more busy landing more punches on Canelo than Canelo on him in both fights. :TU:

Golovkin recently faced Vanes Martirosyan, Steve Rolls and Kamil Szeremeta.

And GGG deemed Chris Eubank Jr. as a worthy opponent during 2016.

Eubank Jr. beat, James DeGale, Arthur Abraham, Matt Korobov, Anvi Yildrim, Dmitry Chudinov and dropped very close decisions to Grove and Saunders.

Let’s assume GGG agrees to face Eubank Jr. in April and somehow manages to beat the Brit, it would almost certainly be Golovkin’s best legitimate victory in the last four years.... by a proverbial country mile!

And let’s face it, even the majority of GGG’s die-hard fans feel he lost the Derevyanchenko fight.
What exactly is it you so strongly disapprove of from one of the most entertaining fighters of the last decade? He seems to be a good sportsmen, and likeable in his interviews.

Why the constant cutting down of Golovkin? What do you want from the guy?
Stop lying and actually read my words for a change!

You’re imagining events that never happened, which you cannot possibly prove!

My posts are more about GGG’s fans than Golovkin himself.

I’d even go so far to say that no one can possibly prove I’ve ever written anything that could be interpreted as derogatory that wasn’t factually accurate.

The problem I have with GGG’s fans is their constant application of double-standards.

Golovkin’s allowed to face journeymen and engage in mismatches, but his peers are ridiculed if they do the same.

And if Gennadiy claims he wants to face the best, then why do his fans adamantly give him free passes for facing Vanes Martirosyan, Steve Rolls and Kamil Szeremeta, but then doggedly maintain that the likes of Andrade, Charlo and Eubank have to beat each other to earn the right to face Golovkin?

Canelo was ridiculed at the mere mention for refusing to face GGG again, but the same people remain bizarrely silent about Gennadiy’s refusal to consider fighting Sergiy Derevyanchenko again.

People lament GGG’s inability to secure marquee bouts, but his team never made offers and Golovkin flatly refused to justify his long-term boasts about being capable of beating the best fighters from 154lbs to 175lbs.

This is made more bizarre, because he could have faced Canelo years earlier at 155lbs, but he refused to even consider the notion.

Canelo was ridiculed for facing a welterweight at 155lbs, but GGG escaped criticism for facing a 147lb-er at 160lbs.

The application of double-standards list is enormous.

Do you feel that anything I’ve written in this post is inaccurate?

Here’s a novel idea, instead of holding me accountable for your dreams, why don’t you instead quote my actual words and attack them head on?

I’m not going to apologise or defend something I’ve never once said!
Stop twisting the things to your own convenable way. You're some cunning attention-seeker internet troll. :OhYes:

Fortunately Golovkin has fans because he's a true champion and a humble person! Do you have any favorite fighter to post about him in threads? Or you just like to argue on this forum writing looong boring posts all day everyday?

It's not GGG's fault that these 30 y/o fighters don't want to fight each other to get more exposure/credit. GGG had to fight Murray, Lemieux and Jacobs to get Canelo. Also Golovkin is almost 40 y/o and he has earned his right to call the shots at mw. He has done his hard work! It's karma now.

You can't compare the version of prime Brook that fought GGG with the version of chiny-washed up Khan that fought Canelo! And guess why GGG had to fight Brook? It's because Eubank Jr has 'lost' his pen! lol He knew that 2016 GGG is a very high risk!

It's funny that since GGG is almost 40 y/o, every young mw wants to fight him.

Why these young MW's in their early 30s want to fight GGG when he's almost 40 y/o and he's on his way out?

Why they don't fight each other? It's funny that atm Golovkin is suddenly a decent risk and a high reward for these guys.

It's because G is the biggest name at 160lbs, got old and looks beatable ?

Why Eubank Jr didn't take this fight and lost his pen in 2016? It was because GGG was a little younger and more dangerous than now?
