It went o an EBU meeting yesterday, Jamie was hoping they'd strip baysangurov in which case he'd be lookingto face the "next in line", possibly in November or December.
If the EBU say lets go back to purse bids it brings problems in itself. baysangurov has pulled out three (is it) times already, so does Jamie go back into training only for Baysangurov to pull out at the last minute and thus watse another 4 months of his career. Do VIP conceed and Jamie goes to Kiev or somewhere to fight, Jamie actually told me "Course I would, it's be like Rocky 4". Or do they knock the EBU on the head and look for a name to bring here or him to go there?
Not heard anything (myself) on what happened at this meeting yesterday. Perhaps FTM will release a presser today or tomorrow?
