Clinton Woods for me. No qualms about his attitude but definately the most limited 'World Champion' in my lifetime. I'd say he has been incredibly well promoted. Completely out of his depth again Tarver but still fighting an IBF Light Heavyweight Title Eliminator in his first fight back.
