Shannon Taylor Star of Wolverine

Post by Grant »

Just saw Wolverine, Shannon Taylor stared down from the fight posters in the Gym. Maybe thats where his future lay.

Not mentioned in the credits though

You mean HIS movie don't you.

I love the way the Bulli Blaster always talks about himself in the third person'

I hope he gets KTFO in his next fight so we don't have to go through another one of his rants

he is a journeyman these days, perhaps slightly above..... fighting for as many tickets as he can sell. I don't wish him harm, but you are a product of your experiences. What does this make Shannon? and more importantly for him, what is left for him after boxing?

Yeah you are right. I wish him well also.
I went to see him in Melbourne when he fought for the middleweight title. He was over the hill then. I bought the Mundine fight on PPV hoping for a miracle but really I was just making a donation.

Good luck Shannon

Well it wasn't a donation to Shannan, I can tell you right now he did not get a cent from PPV sales...

Shannon's poster stood out in the boxing gym segment in Huge Jackman's epic. But two other former fighters' posters took even more prominence than Shannons': Ray Perez and Troy Waters. The film's boxing ring segment was corny and contrived.

By co-incidence: Troy's brother Dean received a bit of bad press at the same time:
