Bunce Hour 14/5

Post by Buncey »

This week at 2pm on Thursday on Setanta Sports News and repeats.
All eight of the Prizefighter boys.
Derek Chisora in the studio.
Gary Shaw on Chad Dawson.
Carl Froch.
Spencer Oliver's view.
And a few left over lunatic fights.
[email protected]

Adios and enjoy.

Hi Steve. Can you please ask Froch whether he'd be willing to fight Chad Dawson at Light Heavy, or even Bernard Hopkins :TU:

will be good to hear from spencer oliver again. he is one of my favourite boxing pundits. i wish we would see more of him on the tv screen talking about fights and giving his opinions. i just think he gets his opinion accross well. i know he does abit of radio but most of the radio stuff seems to bypass me. i wish the bbc would podcast the boxing show that steve and mike costello do once a month. i always seem to forget about it or else something crops up that causes me to miss it.

Looks like a good show. I'm looking forward to seeing what Chisora is like as I've only seen a short YouTube interview with him. Always good to have Froch on. :TU:

i think froch needs hopkins,i wouldnt be suprised if froch was bigger & stronger even tho he makes 12st easy enough.people are banging on about what b-hop would do too him,it's a totally diffrent fight in my eye's as taylor is a sharp shooter.& the fact froch was like a bunny in the headlights, letting him smash shots of him like a certain frank boff.

i hate calzaghe knowone misses him,he started of against a washed up supermiddle & finished of against a washed up supermiddle,& wants all the accolades.

Hopkins was very interested to know more about Froch the other week - that is how Hopkins makes a fight.

i dont know about that, but i wouldnt mind seeing it as its always good to see what these guys are like away from the ring.
Thats what I mean - its exposure to the a market that would probably just know who Wicky Hatton and Frank Bruno are.

i noticed he dropped a few names in the hat,to suggest he has other options.& the one thing that stood out is that he said about fighters wanting millions to fight him wont happen.
a man of his age is securing his scalp as we can all understand,& froch being a brit makes a show if he get's some borrowed support as calzaghe did of the back of hatton,we could have another buncey beano on the go!!

froch should jump @ the chance,it's the closest thing to fighting calzaghe & shutting him up for good!

this is a strange one but Froch could get Bhop and the right time because he has to get old one day.
Yes, but none of us are too sure as to when that day might be! Given the way B-Hop takes care of himself, is very disciplined, I'd say that day will come but I do not think its round the corner as has been the case with some fighters down the years!

Although in Boxing you just never know!

No Gary shaw...but I've got five pairs of tickets for Prizefighter to be won.
I will set the question at 2. All the winners will be from today's live show - sorry about that.
