Ward v Miranda Predictions?

Post by Poncey »

Intruiging fight this weekend. Miranda's camp have stated on Current Scene that Edison has been at the weight for a while to ensure he isn't drained like the Abraham rematch. But they would say that I suppose.

Who wins?

I thought the Abraham rematch was at super middle?

Pantera really is the gatekeeper isn't he? Wark middle rounds TKO for me too

Ward won't commit enough to get the stoppage but I think he'll outbox Miranda for a fairly comfortable decision.

Technically it was, but I'm sure it was a catchweight fight.

solid fight and whoever wins deserves the title shot

is miranda good enough to land and spark war out? he certainly hits hard enough and ward's chin is suspect.

most likely ward's fast boxing will keep miranda at bay. but how will he cope when/if he gets tagged?

it hink ward will win. but i don't know if he's going to look impressive, not sure if he's going to look the big american future star. he has some quality but i don't particularly enjoy watching him.

I had a cheeky tenner on Miranda to win inside the distance at 4/1, as I thought it was decent value. Miranda can bang and Ward hasn't got the best chin supposedly, so fingers crossed that those 2 assessments come together

Yeah it's a good cross roads fight this, safe bet is the classy Ward on points, but I've gone for Miranda to crack a suspect chin. He might need to get lucky to do it though.

I think Ward will have to much skill for him hands to fast and will outbox him wide UD decision IMO

Ward KO

Miranda has failed every time he has stepped up in class and looking at the state of him against the great Joey Vegas last time out Ward will have little trouble dispatching the overrated Pantera.
