Is Colorado turning into California

Fellow LBC members, isn't it true what they say about hindsight is 20/20! If we knew back in December would we have voted that tiny corrupt woman into office? Would we have voted all those Golden Gloves board members into office? I for one am sick of them all! We have Golden Gloves Board members judging and reffing their own boxers and we all know how that went during the gloves, doesn't the rule book state that they cannot give the appearance of being partial? (Oh I forgot, golden gloves does what ever they want) How the hell did three board members sit ringside for many of the boxers out of Birds gym? Why are GG board members allowed to judge there own boxers? Jeanne was the chief of officials, she did the assisments, she knew about it. Did they not think we noticed? Speaking of Birds gym, he is a board of governors, Jess is too for Golden Gloves, why does the gloves have 2 votes? If Bird is the official GG boxing club, why is Jess still voting for GG?

Why is GG being allowed to take over our state? We have GG board members in our USAB lbc board and they are taking over!

1st she has our coaches rep removed for some bullcrap! Then I "hear" she had the secretary removed because she wouldn't let jeanne push her around and bend the truth. The lbc is for the board of governors run by the people we vote into office, so WHY is she removing the people we want in office? She didn't talk to me about Jeff or Lisa being kicked off the board, how many of you knew about all of this prior to it happening?

Who does this woman think she is? She would tell anybody that listened how terrible and corrupt Scott on Tono were and how she would fight with them, well she certainly is following in their steps acting the way she is. When Scott was in office we knew what we were getting, she is a bundle of emotions thats flys off the handle at a whim. If I have to hear her stand up in front of all of us and say, " ok I'll be the bad guy or the bitch" I'm going to scream! She makes all of us have to be registered and certified to be in the corner, what about those so-called officials, we only have a hand full of them that are worth a damn! We have to put up with inferior judging,bad calls, missed calls, ref's that don't know what the hell they are doing and we have to just sit back and watch as our lbc goes down the toilet.

WHY did our president and chief of officials allow a SHOW BOUT (we did we start allowing this on a Pro-AM card) this weekend where there were NO officials present, one boxer weighed at least 25lbs more than the other, they were master female boxers, CC charged people to get in and they call it sparring! (since when did allow someone to charge admission for sparring?) Are we allowed to charge for sparring, NO! Do I smell a greivance? Yet when they do it , its ok. Jeanne and her croonies tried to talk trash about the regional show scott put on, I think it was on of the best regional shows I've ever been to, but she finds something wrong in everything scott does or did! She can have GG judges and ref's working on bouts that have GG boxers, she can break several rules with that master bout this weekend, but look at how she treats everyone else, like she is perfect. I think not lady.

For those of you that did not go to the regional tournament in Pueblo you should have seen how she lost her mind, she flips out tears all the cords up and holds up the bout, only to find out a good 20 minutes later her laptop had come unplugged. Come on Lady, get your act together! Jeanne Depriest acts like her crap don't stink, we let me tell you it stinks to high hell and back! She tries to act like she's got the answer to everything and for everything, she is surrounded by her YES men, fellow GG board members and were in store for 4 years of hell. She's bossy and acts like she is in office to save colorado boxing! Between her and the Chief of Officials, it's just they way or no way, they break rules ALL the time, but it's ok if they do it, if anyone else does ANYTHING to go against the coveted board, boy they are wrong or our clubs and boxers "may" be treated differently or like Jeff and Lisa your out on your ass! She even tried to get Louie Bird kicked off the board, what does it mean when she goes after athlete's.

Why is her husband allowed to vote on things, ANYTHING when Hard Knocks closed down a long time ago and has NO ACTIVE boxers? She claims she sent out by-laws to everyone, I know a few of us that didn't get them, she procrastinates and makes it so our lbc revovles around her! She didn't get me my by-laws, so should she be removed? She takes forever to set up the computer at shows and there are problems, she's the know-it-all computer lady, so if she messes up should we remover her, is she not doing her job? Is she affecting the rest of us with her computer incomptence?

I have a question for you Miss Lisa, is it true you were asked to destroy the minutes from when Jeff was voted off the island? Did you, if not is that why we were told you "weren't doing your job"? Can you please let us know your side of the story? I do not believe I would get the truth from certain people!

I wanted to voice my opinions without my fighters being affected by it! When are we as a state going to take back our fate! Why are we letting sneaky corrupt people run our board? Get a life people, I got in it for the boxers, not for some power position in the lbc, we need to have a new vote and get the right people running our board!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't you file a grievance? You appear to have proof of rule violations that impinge on the safety of the athletes.

Venting here really isn't going to solve anything and this thread should not turn into a flame war/personal bashing outlet.

Sounds like to me that if you are sick of it, you should leave. From the sounds of your post, you won't be missed.
