I LIKE THE CHANCES OF BOTH KELL BROOK AND BILLY-JO SAUNDERS MAKING AN IMPACT AND A DARK HORSE MIGHT BE MARTIN MURRAY , I LIKE HIM AND THINK HES A POSSIBLE ONE THAT MANY WOULDNT PICK

1 - Kevin Mitchell. If he's over his injury worries and the inactivity hasn't set him back too much i think he's a cert for a world title. Super feather isn't exactly stacked with talent so it's the perfect time for him. I think he loves a brawl too much for a long title reign but it'll be exciting while it lasts.

2 - Frankie Gavin. The lad has amazing skills, seems to be adapting to the pros well, and looks to be developing some good power, which some people were questioning before he turned over. Without getting too carried away i genuinely think he could end up as one of the best boxers Britain has ever produced if he can keep on the straight and narrow.

3 - Anthony Small. Might seem a bit obvious now, but i've loved watching him for years. It looks like he's struggled to get anyone to fight him lately but now he has the British title he should be able to get some momentum going. I don't think a world title is out of his reach.

I was just going to say Groves. Looked impressive stopping Paul Samuels in 1. I know Samuels is past his best but still it showe Groves is classy.

Stephen Smith at Featherweight i think has a pretty good future.

I think David Pryce will do well at Heavyweight. Just needs the chance to prove it. There seem to be a few guys domestically to help him bring that potential through Sexton, Fury, Chisora etc

Don't know if it's just me, but i really haven't been impressed with Dickinson the last two fights i've seen him in despite his stoppage victories.

We have a good bunch of British boxers who have immense talent, but their competition abroad will play a big part in dictating how far they go.

keep a eye out for junior saeed..lad made his pro debut last Saturday...came out on a segway scooter..super bantam 6ft with decent power ..fast hands ,cant see any super bantam beaten him his reach is phenomenal ..when he settles into the pros he will be giving people nightmares.

I like the look of one of the Walsh brothers, think it might be Liam the lightweight.

And another unpopular one, Derek Chisora to go further than Tyson Fury in the pro ranks.

Nathan Cleverly gets my vote. He is getting better with every fight.

He can shut a fighter down - and his punch is beginning to put them down.

Some say he`s the next Calzaghe. I believe he will be better than Joe.

Enzo Calzaghe once said in response to Froch calling Joe out, that Froch had no chance against Joe and that Cleverly would beat Froch ... I believe him.

now that is a big call which i have to say i dont agree with. I'm not sold on Fury but i think he beats Chisora.

Ah my theory might have more to do with match making than ability.

I've been very impressed with what I've seen of Steve Williams, too early to say how far he might go but he seems to have a great attitude and temprement for the game.

Billy Jo-saunders - he seems to be more advanced than the other olympians maybe because his style was better suited to the pros than the others but he has a great body attack

tyson fury - his name has carried him to money already, i think he can beat anyone in the UK bar rogan and skelton, he has improved technically thought his energy reserves havnet been tested, lee swbay can whack and tyson walked through them and most of all he's exciting

david price - when he fights again ill be happy his debut was a great knock out he seems to be a more natural finisher than fury, he got the size as well

kell brook, anthony small and clev for obvious reasons

George Groves has a lot of potential. He needs to improve his defence, but he looks very good so far, imo.
Kell Brook - I'm now seeing why people have been raving about him. He has really matured well. Seeing him against Jennings would give us a direct comparison to Cotto. Let's hope it happens.
Nathan Cleverly - He looks like he is going to be (or maybe already is) World class.
Billy Joe Saunders has potential. He's only 19 so he should take his time. I think it would benefit him.
Tyson Fury - Brilliant against Belshaw. Aside from that, I've not been sure of him. Fury should have no problem with the small guys unless he gases out. But could Fury ever beat a fighter like one of the Klitschkos? He's got plenty of time to learn before stepping up to that level. As long as he's matched well (very good job so far) I think he can get to a decent level (European at least).

this clip doesnt do him credit as he is fair better boxer and has a good amatuer brackground. I read a few good things about him before he turned pro and believe he was a ABA champion.

He was a Junior ABA champ in 2003, but I don't think he was a senior champ.

Crewe used to do the unlicensed thing too. He's very raw and will reach a certain level but a boxer will out-box him significantly as he goes up the levels I predict.

I tell you what, whoever the prospects are, I can't remember a time when Britain had so much quality under the age of 24.

Degale has looked excellent in his last two fights, and could be the real deal if he can get down to 160 safely. Gavin and Saunders are also jampacked with potential. Meantime, Khan looks like he could turn into something special.

There's more than that, I'm sure. But I have a fever this morning. So I can't be bothered to think beyond the blindingly obvious.

I think the future of British boxing has never looked brighter.

BJ Saunders appears very good early on in his career adapted very quickly to the pro game

Cleverly looks the real deal classy boxer and can fight inside if he needs to strong, powerful, quick and has a good heart I think he is going right to the top

Martin Lindsay strong powerful and good chin another tip to go all the way
