Who has the most titles?

Which current British boxer has the most titles- Doesn't Anthony Small have 4? Or perhaps he gave up the area one and the international one- he was announced as an international belt holder before fighting Hall.

I believe one gets stripped of one's Area title if one wins the British belt.

I believe one gets stripped of one's Area title if one wins the British belt.

Hatton- 1 IBO , 2 IBF, 2 WBA, 1 WBC/ WBO/ WBA International, 1 WBU, 1 British Title and 1 Area title.
