Can you announce the commentary team now or is it too early for that. I am assuming it will be the ITV4 crew??

Any word on whether it will be on VirginMedia?? :-? :-?

I recieved this email of them today ....

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your e-mail to Virgin Media querying if the Super Six Boxing
Tournament will be available on our TV service.

We understand your need to watch this Boxing Tournament.

We review the on Demand contents that we provide to our TV customers to
ensure that we are meeting our customer's requirements. We are unable to
comment on specific Pay Per View (PPV) content.

We're always in negotiations aimed at giving our customers even more.
Just keep your eyes peeled to http://www.virginmedia.com to be the first to
know when it is available. We'll be happy to inform you once we get
updates on this.

am i correct in thinking that the showtime camp 360 ie their 24/7 thing will be on primetime in the week leading up to the fight?

it looks like the channel is on from 7 to 10 pm every night. is it just going to be froch v pascal / taylor on every night or other stuff

any chance of a schedule if the camp 360 thing is on?

i heard on the bunce london radio show that a guy from ireland had trouble ordering it. is it definetely available in ireland as long as you have sky?

Anyhow, I booked the PPV card on the primetimetv website. I understand that they have charged me £2.50 now (i.e. one-off registration fee) and then when I click 'select' on my sky remote control on the night of the fight, I will be charged £12.95.

Here is a daft question, but I must ask as I don't want to have any hiccups on the night of the fight.

On the registration form it has asked for the telephone number that my sky line is hooked up to. Now, I have an extension lead that I can use to plug into my sky box when required (i.e. I can run a lead in from the telephone socket in my hall to my living room), but up until now ie, when I have ordered top up services for my sky platform I didnt need to plug in my telephone line to the sky box.

I wonder, if the fight will automatically come on for me on the night or do I need to plug in my tv line?

Maybe a FAQ on the primetimetv website would clear up this question and other standard ones?

They dont dial in, the box dials out.

When i booked i said i did not know the telephone line number and they said it didnt matter. So long as it was connected.

Excellent, I had to check. I don't want to be sitting there on a Saturday night with the beers and snacks and pumped up for the fights and then get ambushed with an 11th hour kick in the nuts. That kind of thing could lead to me drop kicking a pint of lager through my 42" LCD.

How many of the Showtime 24/7 things were made. Any ideas when it will shown.

on sky box office..... I normally use an extension lead to order the boxing (phone line I am talking about) but thats the only time I need to connect it to the phone line... not during the PPV at all.

Is it the same for this??? I'm ordering but I don't want to be fucked up..... and can you order just by selecting "select" on Sky.... or do you have to book online also?

I dont have a phone line for my SKY HD... will have to phone them, im sure it'll still work. ESPN was switched on within about 30 seconds when I booked that... which I must cancel actually.

that helps me as i have no uk phone line connected to my UK registared sky in Spain :D i normally have to get my brother to book PPV for me from the UK
Bigmark. I live abroad and have Sky registered through my mothers address. However when I want to book PPV I simply call the number and it is booked through an automated system. Easy.

It looks like I'm in the team. I'm hearing that little Kerr is also at ringside. But, Richie is with Five Live.
There will be, assuming that I'm at ringside, a massive interactive element to the show.

Adios.

Superb. kerrminator and Buncey on board... MH is pretty much going along the lines of what people on the forums seem to want.

Can I suggest topless ringcard girls and midget messengers too, please.

The fight is £12.95, but I note there is a registration fee of £2.50.

Why not just call it what it is ie: the fight costs £15.45, as that is what it will cost to see it.

Agreed. I have a real problem with people advertising a price but then finding out in reality you have to pay more. Maybe I am just becoming a grumpy bastard as I get older?

Quality looked quite poor when I had a look, for £15.45 I would expect a high quality broadcast.

You're both grumpy old bastards

I love a nice hidden charge in the smallprint, that'll be £1 for reading that
