Steele's records on boxrec and cyberboxingzone don't list that fight, but the Ring Record Encyclopedia that came out around 1981 lists the fight as happening on November 22, 1933 in San Jose. Peter Walsh's book "Men of Steel" also mentions this fight as happening.
Does anyone know anything about this fight, or any reason for the discrepancy?
