no way. Mutley got beat tonight? He really is on the slippery slope.

Plenty of choice for this one and I would love to see Gavin Rees in.

Hopefully next year Barry Hearn will start getting one or two foreigners in, just give it a different ingredient, but if there are enough decent British guys then it's fine,.

Mutley wouldn't have been in it anyway as he can't make light-welterweight.

I think Mutley's best years are behind him. He's done well in his career though.

I'm now a fan of PF so all I will have to do is find someone to root for and I'm good to go

I'll go the x-factor route. Who has suffere dhe most misfortune in the ring out of the proposed 8?

Oh okay, fair play. Would be very interesting if that rumoured line-up becomes a reality! Heres hoping! And regarding Mutley, he looked dead at the weight in his last foray as a lightwelterweight.....also he given some of his best performances at welterweight. I hope if he does enter he can do the weight without compromising his effectiveness, as he's been one of my favourite domestic fighters over the years. I'll never forget the Kevin Anderson fight - desperately unlucky in that one.

Reckon he will struggle big time with the weight. Probably just one last hurrah, pick up a bit of cash, he's a puncher so has a decent enough chance as anyone. Been in some real fights!

Looks like another good line up on paper, I wonder if it will be as good as it is on paper, hope so.

Still unsure who will win. It will depend on the draw as usual but I think Morrison or Lynes may well be good bets.

Witter could earn more than the £32k on offer for the winner by fighting for the EBU.

lynes for me if hes on form no one will get past his jab over the 3 round distance, think reeswill be to small and dont think barnes has been active for this bami, mutley and morrison are there purley for name only and all 3 are finished lee purdy is the freshest fighter so if he can get a decent draw he could make it to the final
