Andy Lee
Andy Lee
Andy Lee is set to face Frenchman Affif Belghecham in November. According to his promoter Brian Peters, Lee is looking to get a crack at Matthew Macklins EBU title in the near future. So how far do you guys see him going? Euro level? World level? There was a thread on Eastside about Lee and the general consensus was that he wouldn't go very far. I personally think that he has the potential to go very far with a few corrections to his game, like improving his inside fighting game and showing some more head movement. He undoubtable has all the tools to succeed, such as power in both hands, a good chin, great jab, etc. I can understand how some people think he is a hypejob or whatever but I put that down to Steward's ridiculous comments about him which were way OTT, that aside, judging him on potential, how far can he go?

Re: Andy Lee
Not all all opticald, Dunne was beat fair and square. I have no problem admitting that, unlike some of the delusional Froch fans who believe that he wasn't shown up on Sat. night. 8)opticald wrote:hey badass, knew you'd go quiet when dunne got roasted.

Re: Andy Lee
Well at least you've proven you're not a blow-in like that fergal chap we will never see on the boards again.
As for Froch, well, I was on betfair after the fight was over and just before the scorecards were read and there were offers of 3.2 up on froch. I couldnt bring myself to take the odds, even though they were generous. So that tells me that I thought Dirrell nicked the fight. But I think Dirrell is HIGHLY skilled and will give Abraham and Kessler BOATLOADS of trouble.
