Cue Eric "Friend of the stars" Guy to come in and announce he has been to over 300 this year and he owns the video rights to all of them.

Do you think so? I was bored senseless & actually went to sleep for 60 mins while the undercard was taking place.

correct. I don't like ringside. You want to be a little further back than that. Ringside highly overrated imo.

I generally prefer to watch at home. I've been to a few this year. A couple of Prizefighters and McDermott-Fury. The crowd trouble at McDermott-Fury made me decide to stick to Prizefighters and TV/computer for now.

that's because , who's it??...Tom Glover isn't what you'd call a vicious puncher, or even a natural puncher in my eyes. And yet he was chief support against a guy who'd not fought in 18 months. I bet Joe Calzaghe never had such a weak chief support as that. Don't get me wrong, I think Glover is as gutsy as they come and made a real go it with what he's got.

Yeah, probably the biggest nights on these shores in recent years. Ah, you're the photo chap...seen some of your work. Good stuff :TU: ....often thought about how to get into that myself......I am guessing you start off with an expensive camera and a phone-call to the show promoter? Hope you get a big one soon btw as you say.

I was at that one.

I said to Gary Shaw, "when is lacy coming back from his surgery?"

He said "Im working hard on making a fight with Tarver at 175lb"

I said "Well he's signing for golden boy so I wouldn't work too hard kid ! "

He stormed off in a huff :D

I go to about 12-15 shows a year, mainly York Hall, as well as any other outstanding match ups around the country (and/or my faves Froch and Haye) like Dodson-Quigley (that show was also supposed to include Small-Rhodes).
