Weight gaining
Hey guys, I'm looking to gain weight, around 15lb, without losing any speed or flexibility and staying generally pretty fit in the process. Any tips?

Train hard. Strength training along with flexibilty and speed & agility exercises. Plus a healthy, well-balanced diet with sufficient protein.

If you are looking to fight in a higher weight class, try to make the transition slowly. If you want to keep your speed and flexibility, stay away from heavy weight lifting. If you absolutely insist on lifting weights, keep the weights to a minimum. Excercises like pullups, pushups, and other strengthening exercises are more logical. Also, eat plenty, but be sensible as Dennis mentioned with lots of protein in your diet.
