What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
If ITV are stopping showing boxing where will Hennessy fighters be shown?
Froch WBC Supermiddleweight
Barker British and Commonwealth Middleweight
Daws British Lightwelter
Murray British lightweight
O Donnell Commonwealth welter
.
Also Fury.
These fighters should be on tv

Re: What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
That's the cunundrum.
I think Mick's putting a lot of faith in the new ppv channel.
I haven't tried to enrol or watch it but I think reviews were mixed.
Maloney Hatton and Hearn have got Sky tied up.
Sky don't need anyone else their dates are full.
Haye has secured the lead in Sky PPV.
Khan ?
I really don't know Wazza's situation.
I think Sky will give him dates but he has to present the bill first of all for approval.
That doesn't leave Mick with much scope to approach potential suitors.
Maybe we'll see Promotors working together more ?
I wish him well because we need all of our Promotors able to deliver the fights we fans want to see.

I imagine Khan will be sky still. I hope hennessy can get a few sky dates. Froch v Kessler should be on sky rather than primetime.

Hopefully SKY give him some Fridays as well, he has a good stable of fighters who put on good shows lets hope somebody gets them
Re: What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
I think he will be on prime time which can be ppv and free to air channel, froch will be ppv and the small hall shows free to air
Re: What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
Primetime is not a suitable solution imo.

Maybe not - but it's the only solution.
Dont think he's a prayer of getting Sky dates.

Froch v Kessler should be on sky.

ESPN??
FW is always the one to watch!! Frank knows boxing better than any other man in the country so you just can't look past him you really can't... I don't know what's in store BUT I do know that Frank still has the best stable of fighters so let's just see..

Don't think ESPN will enter the market, if your not going to on terrastrial tv sky is the best alternative imo.
Re: What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
Im sure Hennessy is working on something.
ESPN is a good shout as i'm sure the ex-ITV guy, Mark Sharman now works there.
My preference is Sky if any, rather than pay more for additional channels for selfish reasons.

Re: What channel will Hennessy fighters be on in 2010?
I now think after Haye winning there's a chance of it going back on terrestrial?? I hoping so anyway!! Bring back the Benn,Eubank,Watson and Collins days..

Sky will not let Haye go without a fight.
He did major business for them, Khan would need to fight Hatton, Pacman or Mayweather to do the numbers Haye did versus Valuev who wasn't even the division's number 1.
In the Salita level, Khan will need to have 10 fights to generate the same amount of turnover for Sky.
I think Froch may still turn up on a mainstream channel on a one off basis.
Though Kessler's loss hurts the presumed unification their fight was meant to be.
