James Kirkland Should be made Inactive on Rankings

Post by Samgrey64 »

James Kirkland has been in jail for 6 months and won't get released until April 2011. Who knows when he will box again after that. He shouldn't be ranked #3 light middleweight if he's not going to fight again for almost 2 years.

We generally don't monitor nor have any interest in boxers' activity outside the ring (personal side of things).
The system auto classes them 'inactive' after 12 months of inactivity.

In some countries, depending on what they're in for, allow day leave (under escort) to participate & in Thailand, some legal fights were contested in jail.
