Evander Holyfield V James Toney
12 Rounds Super- Featherweight
Joel Casamayor V Diego Corrales
WBO Bantamweight Title

12 Rounds Super-Featherweight
Erik Morales V Guty Espadas
IBF Super-Featherweight Title
Carlos Hernandez V Steve Forbes
IBF Bantamweight Title
Rafael Marquez V Genaro Garcia

No I just nicked that from the Sky page - no idea who he's facing, but I'm guessing it wont be anyone too demanding...

Do you think Matt Skelton is going to shine for the cameras tonight bennie?

I hope so. We need someone to fill the gap for Audley's bunk to the States.

And notice Sky have put this out same night as the BBC big bill...

Don't know what time Beeb show starts, but the LA shows will be around 1 or 2 am, so shouldn't be any major conflict.

Dave, find the photo you want on the net, right click your mouse on it and highlight address listed under "properties" then select "copy"

Go to your profile and paste that address in - and either side of it do this

then highlight the whole lot and select submit - think that'll work, if not ask bennie - he's the expert :D

What a fantastic night of boxing this is.

Toney v Holyfield is fascinating, Corrales v Joel - one for the true fans, Morales has a score to settle, Forbes looking to regain his belt, good chance to directly compare Carbajal & Marquez, and Acre is hardly what you'd call dull.

Can't wait!

Time for a w@nk.. that line up of fights is mouth watering. I love 'boxing banazas' of this type - you can't have too many top line match ups and, outside of the British bill, thats what we have..

Terry, too much information.... still quite funny.

Thats bloody excellent.

The first Judgement Night was my favourite Sky show so far - Benn vs Collins II, Tyson vs Holyfield I :o

This looks like it will top it.

Give Sky the credit, the Americans are fighting over who to see Morales vs Espedas or Holyfield/Toney. We get BOTH.

Sky, people have criticised you but I have to say since 2002 you've been great :D :D :D

Yes, Sky have responded to BBC competition (what little there is) and are doing good. I noticed they screened De La Hoya-Mosley II just a couple of days after the event when they used to make non-pay-per-viewers wait a whole week.

Bennie, sorry mate, not sure if I understand this post. DLH vs Moseley 2 was screened live and not on PPV.

Lewis vs Klitchko you mean??

This World class line up, or Inverdale, Neily et al (although I don't mind Inverdale) with Walker vs Kazmarin (who is not as good as everyone is making out he is)........ THIS LINE UP.

This bill (Casamayor-Corrales - OH YES) does kind of put a little dent in the "BBC are giving SKY a run for their money" refrain.

Sky are now doing what they're supposed to do. End of. Boxing does exist outside of Britain after all.

Hey Mr lightsoot not a bad first prediciton from me this week eh? I can sense an astonishing come back is on the horizon. Better be looking over your shoulder old son...

Oh, I thought you had to pay for Mosley-De La Hoya. Sorry, got it wrong. As usual.

Nah. The only non-Brit Sky have shown on PPV (unless I'm mistaken) is Tyson.

Sentana tried it for Jones-Ruiz but I'm not certain it was much of a success.

Damn, this is great news

If McCoy remembers correctly this is the first time SKY have done this since Jan 97, a live showtime card followed by a live HBO card

Glenn & Ian commentated on the live showtime bill from Memphis, where Kevin Leushing fought & floored the legendary 'Tito' Trinidad & Scott Welsh & Henry Akinwande fought each other in arguably the most boring fight of all time

Soon after, live from Boston topping the bill on the HBO card two super-bantamweights made up for it though, with mexican Daniel Zaragoza outpointing Wayne McCullough in an action packed contest

The good news about this though is that SKY left the HBO commentary in, during the McCullough fight, lets hope a certain Adam Smith doesnt pop up to replace them this time

Only just realised that Genaro Garcia is responsible for one of Marquez's KO losses. Nice rematch.

Kilburn,
The Mexican press sez the new opponent for Marquez will be Mauricio Pastrana.

I guess Genaro wouldn’t agree to Briber Bob’s options, so he’s out.

Still a good match up though.

Oh well at least Pastrana is no tomatoe can.

Jorge Acre is off the bill, instead IBF strawweight champ Edgar Cardenas will defend his title. Haven't seen Cardenas but he must be decent to have beaten Miguel Barrera who was busy & dangerous - although I remember reading Cardenas was a long way behind in that fight before finding the finishing punches.

Wonder how Barrera is these days, I believe his career is over.
