You have Tony Pep versus Ned Simmons (Canadian featherweight title, Vancouver, April 10, 1985), listed as a TKO10 win for Pep. In fact Pep won on a 12-round split decision. Main event that night was Michael Olajide stopping Wayne Caplette in a Canadian middleweight title fight. I was one of the judges for these fights. I had Pep winning by 116-112, as did another judge, Don Smart. (The third judge, Dave McLeod, had Simmons winning, 116-113.)
Here is an extract from a report in The Vancouver Sun dated April 11, 1985: "The Canadian featherweight crown was also settled with rangy Tony Pep of Vancouver winning a 12-round split decision over Ned Simmons of Toronto." ... The Canadian Press news agency reported: "The cat-quick Pep, who used his superior reach to keep Simmons at a distance, had the experienced native of Guyana in trouble in the 11th but couldn't put him away. Two judges scored it 116-112 Pep, while the other judge saw it 116-113 Simmons."

I don't remember the name of the referee. It was an incident-free, tactical boxing match so the referee was never involved to any great degree. There were two Vancouver-based judges, Houston and McLeod, and they brought in Don Smart from Edmonton, Alberta, to be the third judge.
