It has to be Jung Koo Chang, he was the better fighter technically as opposed to Myung-Woo Yuh who I always saw as more of a workman-like fighter as well as Chang fought and beat the better competition. Also while I don't think he was the best South Korea ever produced I think that Chan-Hee Park deserves consideration.

I gotta go with Myung Woo Yuh in this one. An excellent fighter. Quick, fast and had a hell of a stamina.
