Alan Bosworth meets Stephen Smith
Northampton hard man Alan Bosworth is to take on Stephen Smith for the inaugural English light-welterweight title in November.
Good Fight - I take it the Bosworth vs Urkal match was merely in the rumour stage.
I like Smith here, he's a good boxer who just isn't strong enough for Hatton. Both Smith and Hatton enjoy coming forward and some of his fights on the BBC (since the Vanzie loss) I have seen him fight similarly to Hatton. He just is not as good as Hatton i any department.
But I still think he's the 4th best Light Welter in the UK - and should be too much for Bosworth.
