I believe Tyson should have been charged with GBH for this. It amazes me to this day that he did not face criminal charges. Was it Holyfield's responsibility to press charges?
In the UK for example, Football Players have been sucessfully charged with assaults on other players, such as stamping; during matches.
Can anyone remember if Tyson was still on parole at the time?

Hey there scalp, You asking my opinion? I think Tyson should have been prosciutto'ed. Instead it was Holyfield's ear that ended up on the menu.
