best way to catch most fights on tv?

hey guys, just wondering where the best place is to catch more fights, only seem to be able to get the big PPV (excluding HBO) and wateva garbage that gets dished up on fox sports(eg the british super fights from 5-10 yrs ago) would like to be able to see more of the international fights live if its possible????
prolly a silly question, but one my mates and i need to ask at this stage

CCTV 5 usually shows mainevent fights not broadcast in Oz (maybe 1-2 hours delayed). Quality not too bad on Sopcast.

Just watched Brinkley destroy Stevens last night, good fight but it's hard to get into when you know the result.
