.....wasn't our intention to put him out on the market, we planned to tour the former Soviet Union, do a book tour, wait until the crowds demanded him back and guide him back to greatness.

His retirement was not meant to mean he was jettisoned.

Maxie never told us he was leaving the GBP group. Sounds like a kidnapping without conferring with all legal counsel on the matter. Far as we know he was still under contract with us, until or unless we were to choose another fighter to take his place.

Perhaps we are being punished for skull duggery. Or perhaps SAV is lining the commish's pockets now that he's flush with cash. Or perhaps this is just wishful thinking on behalf of SAV. We might have considered a trade with another manager, we might have guided him into a new wresting career etc. Our lawyers are looking closely at SAV's clever antics and are not accepting this at face value.

Perhaps we need behavior plans for folks like me who rock the boat. This appears to be tantamount to a "quick claim" real estate deal. LOL.

In the general laws of the simulated world, "retiring" a fighter has always meant one thing. So since you did not specify that you wished to keep him on as a mascot, then I took it as I normally do.

Silver lining, your favorite fighter is available thanks to Sav's swap.

BoxBuzz comes out with alot of nonsense. Maybe confirmation should have been requested via PM before this was allowed to happen.

Well we will accept whatever the final verdict will be.

People make mistakes even great commissioners. We never hold grudges and assume if this was all an honest error there was no ill intent. However seeing as how he was a true great and not a flounderer I would have assumed that it might be questioned just how I was going to "dispose" of him. We were considering swapping him for Joe Calzaghe. An offer I'm sure Neri would have jumped at if he had been able to consider the option.

Also since we made no claim on another fighter we felt jettisoning was not assumed.

If we were defeated, we were going to offer SAV the option of directing Rosenblooms next 3 fights. We shudder to think how unhappy Max is with knowing he will be guided by this "luck stricken" manager for the duration of the season.
