This is false. Pacquiao was knocked out by an overhand left that clip him right off the chin. The wiki for the fight, http://boxrec.com/media/index.php?title=Fight:10312 has the correct information and a video replay....before bumping into Rustico Torrecampo, who scored a third-round KO over Pacquiao, but the replay clearly showed that Torrecampo hit Pacquiao below the belt.
