I googled his image and got this, but it seems that's Kirkland Laing

That's Kirkland Laing indeed. His fight with Rocky Berg was televised, so someone might have a tape of it. If I remember correctly, Berg was a blonde fighter whose lack of skill was compensated by a pair of flashy stars and stripes trunks.
