Jimmy Tibbs verus Daniel Leullier venue

OK, here is one you might want to change... Jimmy Tibbs versus Daniel Leullier on April 17, 1967 was at the Anglo-American Sporting Club, London Hilton and NOT the National Sporting Club. I covered the Tibbs-Leullier fight for Boxing News and well remember interviewing Jimmy afterwards. I wasn't getting on too well with Terry Lawless, Jimmy's manager, at this time (later everything patched up, and Terry became one of my very favourite people in British boxing). I said: "Terry, I knew we are not on the best of terms right now but is it OK if I interview your fighter?" And he said: "Sure, go ahead." Terry became a real ally later, when Boxing News (of which I was editor for several years) was challenged by a new weekly publication so I always had massive respect for Terry, and I was saddened by his recent passing. I digress, but Tibbs-Leullier was definitely at the AASC. You can look it up in BN.
