Martin Lindsay vs Jamie Arthur

Martin Lindsay defends his British title on Friday against Jamie Arthur in Leigh (Lancashire) of all places! Not really sure why they've decided to have the fight there(Lindsay is from Belfast, Arthur from Cwmbran) but I'm sure there is a good reason. I respect Arthur for coming back and working his way to a British title shot but there is only one winner for me. Lindsay punches much harder than his record suggests and I can't see past a stoppage win for Lindsay if he is on form. I really rate Lindsay, I think if he gets the right fights he could fight for a world title. Should be a good fight while it lasts though!

I have to admit I haven't seen any of Arthur's "comeback" fights........can anyone enlighten me as to how he looked versus Bhatia etc?

I was at the Bhatia fight and it was a really good domestic match up, Bhatia took most of the early rounds Arthur came on stronger late in the fight. I think they were both cut and the last 2 rounds were toe to toe.

Arthur strikes me as a genuine nice guy and is donating his fee to a local childrens hospital.
