Second round - 1 min 50. Fair play since he says in that interview he only took the fight at two days notice and against an opponent with 21 wins and 19 ko's !! Respect

All credit to Watson. He stepped up and fought a unknown puncher, which can be dangerous.

But lately these Africans coming over the UK to fight for the Commewealth Titles. Are as bad as boxers as your liking to see, if you even want to call them boxers.

Most of the time, I worry how much training these Africans have actully done. Most of the time, they don't seem to have a clue want there doing and when they get hit, act like it's there first ever being hit by a punch.

The one was Tony Bellew fought recently for the Commewealth, was one of the worst Boxers I have ever seen. He was absoultey dredfull, and I really do wonder how much boxing training he had, had.

The board, needs to look in to this. The Bellew vs Moore fight shound't of even been sancationed. Colin Hart also said the same thing.

Shame on the British Boxing Board Of Control. :shame:

Craig Watson is what boxing needs more of, a proper fighter who jumped at the chance to fight for a title 2 WEIGHTS avove the weight he boxed his last fight at, and at 2 days notice. The kid deserves a lot of respect for that.

The only time Craig has been stopped was when he came in at short notice, and got swamped by the Italian guy.
So all credit to him for coming in at short notice against a puncher again, this time winning.

i've got a lot of respect for watson and rate him highly. i give him great credit for taking thi fight.

that said, i totally agree with the comments above about the standard of recent african (usually ghanian) commonwealth title challengers. it has been shameful, and putting kids like that in with major punchers like bellew is an absolute disgrace about which all relevant authorities and promotors should be utterly ashamed. someone will get hurt if this carries on
