I had a few quid on Krence stopping him at an unbelievable 6-1. Shame the Chesterfield butcher can't dig.

Think some should cut him some slack. The lad has had a handfull of pro fights, and only 11 amateur fights before that. He just fought someone who is a former british title challenger. Krence has fought at a far higher level. Kahut was trying in there tonight, I wasn't expecting anymore from the lad

I think the OP might be right, he reminded me of a 6'6 muslim herol graham- minus the reflexes, ability to punch and conditioning. Other than that he has it all.

On a serious note he showed great heart, fair play to him- but had he being matched with Herbie Hide there could have being serious consequences.

As mentioned on the thread last night, Darkeies comment 'A solicitor without a defense' was super.

I thought he was one of the worst boxers I'd seen in a while. Fair play to him for trying, but he shouldn't have been in that ring.

He was a peculiar creature, with the pugilistic ability of a stick insect adorned with page 3 breasts.

I'm a fan.

my mrs summed it up for me , she knows nothing about boxing , but said" bloody hell these a pros ,some of your fighters are better " what she meant is my white collar fighters , i know she was probably well off the mark , as if my lads were good enough id encourage them to turn pro , but it just shows even she could tell he wasnt up to the required level for prizefighter.

I echo your sentiments but should he have been in the tournament in the first place?
No he shouldn't of been allowed to enter last nights Prizefighter, he was way too much of a novice. But i wanted to make the point that he tried hard and showed heart, and doesn't need to be derided by some of the posters.
He at least showed more desire than alot of the recent imports we've seen on Friday nights.

Fair play to him he turned up... but let me ask you this - if it wasnt Prizefighter would that match have been made at all? Not just that one but Hide's too? And secondly... if it was not Prizefighter would we be so accepting of it?

He had me in stitches he was faking, doing the ali shuffle, shooting from the hip, most entertaining fight of the night in my opinion and thats not a joke.

I have to say i would really like to see him fight again. Put him in against someone crap and stick him on an undercard he could have a cult following. :bag:

Kahut with his resume of 11 amateur fights and 5 pro fights was fighting a former ABA champion with over 30 fights (not including the one outside the kebab shop in Mansfield) did well if you think about how foolish Krence would make most boxing novices look over three rounds.

There is room in boxing for Kahut as well as the likes of Floyd Mayweather - I didn't know the sport got exclusive all of a sudden but even matches based on ability and experience do have to be made in the interests of fair play.

I think Kahut at 6ft 6ins should have stayed at heavyweight where he could utilise his speed better - because you can make cruiserweight doesn't always mean you should.

Kahut is going nowhere faster than a virgin shoots his manfat.

All credit to him for getting in there though, but he was woefully inexperienced and against someone like Hide, could have got badly hurt.

I would like to see him against Matthew Ellis. Even fight? Kahut by 1st round KO

Kahut is quite simply the worst professional boxer I've ever seen on television.
