An open welcoming Notice to Hitman09

Post by BoxBuzz »

hitman09, WELCOME TO BOXRECSIM! the utopia of Simulated pugilism! Mind if we just call you Scrappy? You seem to imagine yourself to be somehow different or perhaps "Super"... We immediately recognized that quality in you and do regard you as 100% SUPERFLOUS! Your irrelevance is exceeded only by your inconsequentiality! I can't recall anyone else in the history of our grand forum that stirred up more ambivalence with their arrival! And for this you should make for quite a footnote in the soon to be published book "BoxRecSim II" "The Grist Providers" (The follow up to the New York Times top ten NonFiction Hardback "The Making of BoxRecSim, The unauthorized biography of BOXBUZZ, as well as other legends of the game including Neri, Kevo,Geto,Sockdolager and Sav".

I'm sure when you read it last year you were impressed and it may well have inspired you to join.

Here in the wonderland sometimes knows simply as BRS, you will find that you and your fighter's losses will be treated with dignity AND respect. Rarely will you be made fun of or laughed at, or forced to be the butt of a tasteless joke. Except on those occasions where we feel it is the right think to do, or now and then on a whim. And of course when we are waiting for the results, putting together the coming weeks fights, or reviewing your paltry future record.

My arrival seems to have stirred you all quite a bit. The fear is evident. First SAV, now BoxBuzz creates a thread dedicated to me. The terror you are all feeling is quite understandable, and I promise to have mercy and tell my fighters to let you have at least 2 rounds before KOing you! :TU:

Feel better now, Buzz?

Feel better now, Buzz?

Stirred, not shaken.

Grist is needed in order to produce results. Organization that provide us with wins are always welcome. And you sir are welcomed for the service you will provide in that area of need.

I can sense the excuses for ducking me already. From you it was expected, of course, though we hope others will have the testicular fortitude to face us and take their beatings like simulated men.

Glad you chimed in with that last contribution, as it has proven very handy!!

Usually I have a tough time remembering the new screen names here, but in your I just add an "S" to the beginning of your screen name, and voila! You become unforgettable!

You are the one to thank! And I'm sure whether by design or happenstance, you will likely continue to make the season an easier one for many of us, just by your very presence!
