But looking at this photo, it really hit home the difference in careers these two chose.

Both at the top of their game.

Mitchell, having finally hit the big time after spending most of his life training for this moment, steps into the tiger's cage on Saturday night, for a possible journey to hell and back, and is going to get paid less than Joe probably earns in....what, two weeks?

These two have been friends for years and Joe has attended nearly everyone of Kev's fights.. He's a big boxing fan is Cole and always comes up to the fighters and chats away!! Really top man he is, I couldn't believe he recognised me and said he enjoys watching me fight, He obviously tunes in every friday night and as I said he attends all of Kevins fights...

i always saw joe cole as small , football wise , yet he looks a lot bigger than mitchell , i know it might seem a bit obvious when thinking about it , just surprised me a bit , its not very often hed be called a BIG man lol .

Yeah been years now Been to alot of Kevin's fights, im sure they met the night i boxed Rockey Dean in 2003. Joe lived at the Bottom of my Road till he was 17-18. Played for the same football team (not saying i was half as good) he was a couple of years younger and holding his own physically and totally out skilling them. Been to some good show's with him, When he was signed up he got Sponsored by Adidas which was Naz's Sponsor so the Best seats in the house, me being a boxer my self would'nt have a chance to get Free tickets like that..
