Highlights from their 12 round fight ,September.4.1965 at Estadio Luna Park Buenos Aries Argentina.
This was Bonavena's 16th pro fight. and Peralta's 58th pro fight.

Check out the knock down of Joe Frazier in this clip.It must be from the Argentinian television broadcast of that fight,
as it appears to be taken from a different angle then the version usually seen on ESPN Classic.The knock down can be seen better in this.

That is a great clip and view of the Frazier knockdowns.

Loved how the words "out of rules" and "fouls again" were superimposed over parts of that Ali-Bonavena clip. Ali, as usual, got away with a lot in that fight. That sequence of knockdowns in the 15th, with Ali out of control and not keeping his distance, was just wrong. Those second and third knockdowns are a little suspect and may not have even occurred if the ref had kept control.
