There are no under cards and the whole point of having reserves are; that they are fresh to step in if someone gets injured or removed from moving forward when they win, like Herbie Hyde in the last Cruizerweight PF, the reserves they can fill that gap. So having them fight before the show started wouldn't be the cleverest of ideas!! As if one got sparked out and the other got burnt out or injured then there are no 'reserves' left. LOL

When he said 'before the main event' I think the lad meant the final...at least that's how I took it.

So, if neither of them has been used they could duke it out for a 4k pot or something - 3k/1k split.

big fan of that idea! Physiologically it would help the reserve as well because he would know for definite that he would going to have a fight and not just hoping he was going to have a fight.

Yeah thinking about the format and the whole prizefighter thing your right.

Suppose they could have the 2 reserves face each other after the final as a curtain raiser for the paying attendants only, maybe just an exhibition?

P.S Jeff theres a thread just started on "the other board" about how you'd do yourself in Prizefighter.

Oh God ha ha!!

I'm up for it like, providing I can get myself back to 10stone. Which I could if I had something to aim for. I'd just do this :bag:

Reserves shouldn't be able to get into the final.

The beaten semi-finalist, if fit, should get dibs.

The reserve can be plonked in the final, get plonked on his arse in the first minute, and walk out with £16k

Ridiculous.

Reserves can go into Semi - fine - but not into final.
