USA Boxing team

Post by calibeast »

I was think about our national team and it looks good for the upcoming Olympics we have a good young group of guys with veterans and if we get them international experience we should succeed i mean we have, Raushee Warren, Jesse Hart, Luis Arias,Jesus magdelano, Duran Caferro just of top of my head we have a strong team i think if well developed we should do better than the last one but i was wondering is it possible for example for guys like Oscar Molina and Oscar Valdez to join the USA team i mean i know they represent Mexico but i member talking to both young fighters in 08 in the USA v Mexico battle and they both have developed nicely Valdez is practically top 2 in the world and Molina is making his way up the rankings

The only way they can attempt to make the USA team is if they are released from the Mexican team and reregister with USA Boxing. They would have to work their way back up in the U.S. and it's not guaranteed that they would make the USA team. They have a better chance of going to the 2012 Olympics with the Mexican team than they do with the U.S. team

would think Molina would have to work a bit more to be the top guy but the valdez kid would be a lock at 123 the kid is impresive strong n accurate... Thanks boxmel
