Hope TT enjoyed himself (and the others that went) it must have been a enjoyable experience especially as the home fighter did such a good job.
What did everything thing of Cook, it was another typical display from this tigerish fighter. He certainly is a strong fighter, and I think will cause a lot of fighters trouble.
I think he's too one styled to trouble the major guys in the devision, but certainly looks good enough to reign as the best in the UK for sometime to come. The opponent wasn't at all bad (on paper) but Cook completely outclassed him. Although, I do worry that he's one of those fighters who just goes after 10 rounds (like he did vs Zoff) so in that respect he wasn't tested at all last night .
How far do you think he can go?
How about Cook vs Juuko? I think that one would be intriguing.
Jason Cook.
I thought it was a strong performance. He outgunned a somewhat disappointing opponent and got some much-needed rounds under his belt in the process. I'm still surprised at Clive Bernath's line on SecondsOut.com however. He wrote: "The 28 year-old former undefeated European champion floored the brave Argentine import four times on his way to a famous win that firmly established himself as one of the most feared lightweights in Europe." I can't see what was famous about Cook's win. Clive's gone over the top there.
Brilliant atmosphere there and a number of good fights on the bill. Altho' Jason has fought better opponents, but did the job that was put in front of him and made a show of it. I had him winning all the rounds as Jason's hand speed and power was getting through to Olviera all the time. Hopefully Mr Hearn could set up some big fights for Cookie as he is 28 and won't have many big fights left in him. Nice to see oxRec pushing him up to 12th in the Lightweight division tho' and hopefully he'll hold a Legit Belt soon...

I like watching Cook. He is pretty explosive in the ring, and really lets rip with those hooks. Seems to me to be a very correct puncher as well.
I did expect a bit more from the opposition to be honest, but I don't want to take too much away from Cook. He done a good job.
Did Cook did get wobbled? it was only a brief thing (or was I seeing things?)
His concentration seems to go a bit awol at times as well.
