Yes, bout sheets will be done and posted around 6 a.m. Brackets won't be done until early afternoon. Preliminary numbers are over 1,500 boxers in the tournament. Boxers from US, Puerto Rico, Finland, Ireland, England, Mexico, Canada. . .and the states as far away as Hawaii and Alaska.

Hey guys.... I'm working on the brackets where you all can print them out and fill them in yourselves. Question: Should I do it by each weight class, division or just put in all on one big file? Well there's 100 brackets and I'm more than halfway done! lol Thanks to DCAmateurBoxing for taking photos of them and posting them online!

I would do it by age, division and then weight class. So 13/14 Boys Novice XXXlbs., 17-34 Men's Open XXXlbs. Hey, where are you man? I'm at the hotel, but we have our 5 guys going today, so I many need you to record early. I'm putting together my list now of what I want to record.

I'm heading over right when I get off work... worst case, I'll get there during the second session. I won't be able to make it to the first :(

I'll do that.... Age/Sex/Weight Class/Division

Oh, he was in there with a tough Canadian boxer. He received an 8-count during the bout and the Canadian was very strong and clearly won the bout IMO. Xavier is a good boxer, but he def lost this one.

Thanks, Kullen. Xavier just doesn't seem to be doing well lately. Sorry to hear about Zimmie. :-?

but let me say that I saw Xavier box the night before so I know what he's capable of. The other guy was really good. Zimmie did well. Although he could have done some more things I think he still won :) hopefully it will make him better an he'll learn something.

Yeah, I know. He's just inconsistent, generally. Hopefully, he'll grow into the open division. 8)

Of course. :DDD

Which, to me, is the point in losing. You can't grow and get better if you always win and have nothing to strive for.

These are just from my notes.

Nico Hernandez keeps winning (I think this is 6 Ringsides to go with his 4 Silver Gloves). He looked good doing it too.

D'Andres Hockerson won 15/16 101lbs.

Rahim Gonzales lost (close bout)

Mykal Fox def. Christian Bermudez in 13/14 101lbs. Open (boxed well all week)

Jordan White won 11/12 80lbs. Open

Rayvon Drayton won 13/14 95lbs. Novice

Daron Williams won 13/14 106lbs. Novice

Malike Elliston won

Guadalupe Yanes won very convincingly

Cheyenne McKinney lost (she was ill and it showed) - I would have loved to see her box heathly Saturday.

Kenneth Sims won

Ray Ximenez won Men's Open 123lbs.

Milton Santiago of Philadelphia won

Roscoe Hill IV won

Lenroy "Cam" Thompson won

George Rincon won Men's Open 141lbs.

Antoine Douglas won

Kareem Martin lost

Ed Brown of Chicago won

Nisa Rodriguez won

Lou Grant def. Immanuwell Aleem
