Yes, of course he is... as far as Ratings go!
Achievement based ratings, ALWAYS fail to tell the whole story and exclude far too many great fighters, Full Stop!
"IF" Ali enjoyed the benifit of "Fixing & Protection", then No Different than other fighters where it's been proven in that way, then his career has to come into question.
Boxing IS a Racket, so why should some, perhaps even many of the greats not have had things sorted for them - it's often tricky to prove in some cases!
was he, is he the Greatest? NOT BY A LONG SHOT!!!
he did however prove himself to be a Great fighter and ABSOLUTELY among the Greats, No Question!
