I wish I shared his confidence that this fight will still go ahead, since every other one seems to be falling by the wayside !

I think that Jennings will do him. Brook is not Cotto and Jennings is the most experienced, fittest and best schooled of anyone that Brook has boxed. Brook has power; that's about it. A good jab and footwork beats the big puncher most of the time.

I think you're being a bit harsh on Brook there, you make him sound like he can't box and is just a slugger. He will use a greater variety of angles than Jennings and his footwork aint bad at all. Jennings will outwork him but I see Brook landing the more meaningful shots.

I expect Brook to start this fight well and Jennings to come on strong in the second half. If Brook can't take him out within 6 then I think it will go the distance and will be very close on the cards.

Personally I don't. I know Jennings has got amazing fitness, I just think Brook will shine. If he doesn't KO Jennings, I think it will be a comfortable points win 117-111 or 116-112.

That's weird you should say that, Macho.

At the start of a recent spar with Bob Ajisafe, Bob touched gloves with Kell who remained unmoved, gave him a fixed stare and robotically uttered 'YOU VILL LOSE'

Brook is overrated atm Jennings is his hardest test. Who has only been stopped by Cotto. Jennings has staying power the bookies have Brook a 1/6 favourite i think those odds are way out. This is a much closer fight Brook may win but he will have to go hard for it you can get odds of 13/8 for it to go the distance as if Brook is some sort of ko artist.

I've seen Brook fight quite a few times, that guy doesn't know how to throw a straight punch, he loops everything...watch his fight with Stuart Elwell.

Good variety of sparring partners helps develop a fighter. Kell has been sparring all shapes and sizes, from fast little ones to big strong ones.
Still, he cant throw a straight punch so i expect he'll get beat. wonder if kevin mcintyre noticed this chink in kell's armour?

I was re-watching Jennings vs Cotto the other day and i was impressed with michaels hand and foot speed. He made it difficult for cotto and you could sense in the early stages cotto was getting a little frustrated with Michaels getting in and out of range. The beginning of the end in that fight was when Cotto caught him with a huge left hook pretty much flush on the chin and then just pounced!Cotto is an all-time great though who's won world titles in 3 weight classes and beaten some top fighters so thats no disgrace!

This is the acid test for Brook - he's been around with this big reputation for a long time.

Jennings will be so ready, so, so ready. I think he'll win this, perhaps be wobbled but fight through it and take a decision.

Based on what?

Brook is not even 50% what Cotto is, and Cotto didn't "destroy him"
