Will Scott Quigg be ready for Booth or Munroe next year?

Post by antcull »

Finally caught Scott Quiggs fight which happened last month for some bogus WBA super duper international intercontinental title. A bit of an underwhelming performance from him. His jab looked strong and his movement was pretty good but he afforded the overmatched argie far too many opportunites to land. The KO was one of the worse seen in recent memory as well (dive?)

Hes meant to be fighting on the Matt Hatton bill against hopefully a tough opponent and a step up.

If he comes through his next test with flying colours how do people feel he would do against Booth or Munroe? Would Booth be to skilled and experienced for Quigg to overcome at this stage? And likewise would Rendall be too strong and relentless for Quigg to outbox?

Really looking forward to seeing how Quigg progresses throughout the next year, an exciting prospect for sure. UK is certainly blessed for 122lb talent at the moment. :TU:
